Abstract

First presented case illustrates patient with hypertension treated diuretic in monotherapy which occured to be ineffective. Adequate blood pressure control was achieved after the introduction of zofenopril. The second presented case shows the evaluation in a patient with acute myocardial infarction with ST segment elevation. The used therapy is: acetylsalicylic acid, zofenopril, bisoprolol, rosuvastatin and metformin.
