Abstrakt

Obecnie w terapii schorzeń układu sercowo-naczyniowego stosowane są liczne leki wpływające na poprawę rokowania pacjentów. Należą do nich inhibitory enzymu konwertującego angiotensynę (ACE-I), sartany czy statyny. Jednocześnie ze względu na olbrzymią rzeszę pacjentów stosujących te leki coraz częściej pojawiają się doniesienia związane z ich ewentualnymi pobocznymi działaniami. W tym artykule przedstawiamy status dotyczący ewentualnych dodatkowych efektów/działań niepożądanych dla leków z grupy ACE-I, sartanów, statyn oraz hydrochlorotiazydu.
