Abstrakt
Niewydolność serca to złożony zespół kliniczny towarzyszący upośledzonej czynności mięśnia sercowego. W pracy przedstawiono aktualne zasady rozpoznawania oraz terapii niewydolności serca istotne z punktu widzenia lekarzy POZ. Szerzej omówiono rolę eplerenonu – selektywnego antagonisty receptora mineralokortykoidowego.
