Abstract

H1 blockers (LH) are the first-line treatment of AR and chronic urticaria. One of the most modern LH II generation is fexofenadine. Its mechanism of action is to bind to the H1 receptor and block the mast cell and inhibit its growth. Fexofenadine has no interaction: with other medicines, food and alcohol. Fexofenadine does not cause sedation and prolong QT interval and cardiovascular complications.
