Fosfomycin in the GP’s office – therapeutic signposts Review article

Abstract
The paper presents the basic principles of treatment of simple, uncomplicated urinary tract infections. The important role and therapeutic efficacy of fosfomycin is indicated. Several clinical cases indicating its correct use are discussed and various situations allowing for therapy with this antibiotic are shown.
