Abstract

Methods of the presentation of trials results are important for their further interpretation. Significant importance has scale and measurement methods selection. Main parameters for trials results are: risk reduction, relative risk reduction, number needed to treat, sensitivity and specificity, 95 percent confidence interval. Article describes basis of methods for clinical trials results presentation for the therapeutic intervention assessment.
