Abstract

Diuretics are the main symptomatic drugs in the heart failure. Frequent rapid micturition can cause deterioration of the patients quality of life and diuretic treatment discontinuation. Torasemide compared with furosemide causes less rapid micturition and spread evenly throughout the day. Torasemide has positive effect on the quality of life and compliance.
