Abstrakt

W EPOS 2012 zawarte są rekomendacje do stosowania w zapaleniu zatok przynosowych produktów o działaniu sekretolitycznym, immunomodulującym, przeciwzapalnym, przeciwwirusowym i przeciwbakteryjnym. Lek Sinupret charakteryzują wymienione właściwości. W artykule przedstawiono dane z piśmiennictwa światowego potwierdzającego skuteczność i bezpieczeństwo jego stosowania w ostrym i przewlekłym zapaleniu zatok przynosowych u dzieci i dorosłych.
