Abstract
In the article some key-issues were discussed regarding the risk and the diagnostic criteria of the arrhythmia during fingolimod therapy. Authors described specific recommendations for cardiac monitoring in aspect of drug safety. Examples of ECG examination performed in patients with essential contraindications or limitation to fingolimod treatment were also presented.
