Abstract
Patients suffering from sclerosis multiplex often present difficulties in swallowing. In severe disease it can unable oral feeding. Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) seems to be safe and comfortable method of nutrition. PEG doesn’t require laparotomy, in some cases it can be performed with local anesthesia. As a minimally invasive procedure is well tolerated by patients usually.
