Abstract
Chronic diseases, the most serious challenge for medicine in XXI century, require systematic pharmacotherapy. However many factors affect therapeutic adherence. In the end therapeutic adherence depends on patient, sort of disease and also on physician itself. From those, the scheme of pharmacotherapy, drug formula and way of its administration are one of the most important. In this article we discuss different aspects of therapeutic adherence and try to answer the question: can injection be more effective way of drug administration then oral.
