Abstrakt
Stwardnienie rozsiane jest przewlekłą demielinizacyjną chorobą ośrodkowego układu nerwowego. Dysponujemy coraz liczniejszymi i skuteczniejszymi terapiami choroby. Jedną z nich jest kladrybina, lek doustny działający w mechanizmie rekonstytucji immunologicznej. W artykule przedstawiono przypadek pacjentki z rzutowo-remisyjną postacią stwardnienia rozsianego, leczonej kladrybiną, u której możliwe było uzyskanie kilkunastoletniej remisji choroby. Omówiono również zalecenia co do postępowania u pacjentów po zakończonym cyklu leczenia lub tych nieodpowiadających na leczenie.
