Abstrakt
Post-ACS patients represent a group of patients with the highest cardiovascular risk. In that group, one of the most important aims of therapy is reduction of the LDL-cholesterol to the lowest possible value. Statin use should be mandatory, lifelong, and independent of the baseline lipid parameters.
