Abstrakt
Preparat złożony perindoprilu z indapamidem jest nie tylko połączeniem o doskonale udowodnionej skuteczności hipotensyjnej, ale też zestawieniem dającym dodatkowe korzyści u szerokiego grona stosujących go pacjentów. Wielu z tych, których często spotykamy w praktyce klinicznej, odnosi istotne korzyści z zastosowania perindoprilu i indapamidu. Są to np. pacjenci: w wieku podeszłym, z nadciśnieniem tętniczym i współistniejącą cukrzycą czy przewlekłą chorobą nerek oraz po przebytym udarze mózgu. Poniżej przedstawiono kilka przykładów profili klinicznych pacjentów, którzy są doskonałymi kandydatami do stosowania perindoprilu i indapamidu, a także dowody naukowe uzasadniające korzyści płynące z takiego leczenia.
