Abstract
The basic aspects and selected methods of statistical analysis of prospective (longitudinal) study are presented. For illustration of discussed methods the real data of Pol-MONICA Warsaw Studies were used. Additionally, the estimated Cox model was applied to verification of SCORE algorithm in Warsaw population.
