Ethics-based medicine, about ethics in clinical trials – part 2 Review article

Abstract

The necessary condition for performing medical experiment is fulfilling all the ethics rules and low regulations (e.g. the Medical Professions Act), which must be confirmed by independent ethics committee before the initiation of the experiment. In this edition of „Medycyna Faktów” we continue the topic of ethics in clinical trials. In the article we present the most important ethics rules which should be mandatory for medical experiments authors when planning medical intervention and presenting or publishing results of the trial.
