Abstract

New clinical data in invasive cardiology encouraged ESC experts to revise an update Guidelines for the management of acute coronary syndromes in patients presenting without persistent ST-segment elevation. New guidelines apply modern therapies (new antiplatelet drugs) and technics in acute coronary syndromes. The role of invasive treatment in ACS is crucial and we still have new evidence for that.
