Is there a place for clinical registry in present world of EBM? Review article

Abstract

Patients registry is an observation particularly targeted in describing patients and estimating epidemiology of positive and negative clinical outcomes. Consequently high number of performed clinical registries and appreciation among recommendations’ authors are evidences of registries’ popularity and meaning. Aim of this article is to remind the place of clinical registry in diagnostic and therapeutic proceedings.
