Abstract

Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) has been treated with trimebutine for many years. During this time we could observe high efficiency of trimebutine. Trimebutine is an effective treatment for abdominal pain and altered bowel habit, it means it is useful in all kinds of IBS. The tolerance of trimebutine is very good, and we don’t observe side effects of treatment very often.
