Stable coronary artery disease – who needs invasive diagnosis? Review article

Abstract
Coronarography is an important diagnostic procedure of coronary artery disease. It also helps to estimate the patient cardiovascular risk. As a pure diagnostic method it is used only in some cases. It is recommended as a risk stratification method and the introduction to revascularization in patients with high risk of cardiovascular incidences. It helps estimate and improve prognosis with acceptable risk.
