Abstract

A case of a 28-year-old woman seeking an acceptable way of contraception is described. Several methods including: etonogestrel-releasing subdermal implant, transdermal patch and second generation oral contraceptive pill (OCP) had unfavorable tolerance profile and were rejected by the patient. Third generation OCP containing gestodene proved to be well-tolerated and was accepted by the woman.
