Why nebivolol should be introduced in the pharmacotherapy of arterial hypertension? – a case report Case report

Abstract

The number of patients with arterial hypertension has been increasing over last decades worldwide and in Poland, thus effective hypertensive therapy has become more complex issue. Not only decreasing blood pressure, but also side effects of introduced therapy can affect control of blood pressure. One of the important problems related with the hypotensive therapy is sexual dysfunction that worsen the quality of life for hypertensive patients. In the present article a case of hypertensive patient with therapy-related problems was presented and commented.
