Abstrakt
Dabigatran jest popularnym antykoagulantem niebędącym antagonistą witaminy K, którego mechanizm działania opiera się na hamowaniu trombiny. Stosowany jest m.in. w profilaktyce powikłań o charakterze zakrzepowo-zatorowym u chorych z migotaniem przedsionków. Pomimo długiej obecności na rynku, niezmiennie pozostaje lekiem aktualnym, wysoce skutecznym i bezpiecznym.
