Abstrakt
Rekomendacje kliniczne zalecają leki blokujące układ renina-angiotensyna-aldosteron podawane samodzielnie lub w kombinacjach lekowych w leczeniu pacjentów z nadciśnieniem tętniczym i albuminurią w przebiegu cukrzycy typu 2. W badaniu AIPRI wykazano, że benazepril w 3-letniej obserwacji powoduje spowolnienie przebiegu przewlekłej choroby nerek dzięki znamiennej redukcji białkomoczu i odsuwa w czasie konieczność leczenia dializami. W badaniach ACCOMPLISH i w badaniu GUARD wykazano szczególną korzyść z łączenia benazeprilu z amlodypiną dla redukcji ryzyka zarówno sercowego, jak i nefrologicznego. Benazepril podawany samodzielnie, jak i w połączeniach lekowych stanowi właściwy wybór w leczeniu pacjentów z przewlekłą chorobą nerek.
