Abstrakt
Difenhydramina jest lekiem przeciwhistaminowym I generacji o działaniu sedatywnym. Z tego powodu rozważa się ją jako alternatywną opcję w farmakologicznym leczeniu przejściowych zaburzeń snu. Nie ma potencjału uzależniającego i w niektórych krajach jest dostępna bez recepty.
