Testy aktywacji bazofila metodą cytometrii przepływowej w diagnostyce alergologicznej

Abstrakt
Testy oparte na ocenie aktywacji bazofila z wykorzystaniem metod cytometrii przepływowej są narzędziem coraz częściej wykorzystywanym w diagnostyce alergologicznej. Stanowią alternatywę dla powszechnie stosowanych metod w przypadku ich nieskuteczności lub braku możliwości wykonania badań in vivo ze względu na ryzyko zagrażających życiu odpowiedzi ogólnoustrojowych. Opracowanie optymalnej metody diagnostyki BAT wymaga rozważenia zalet i wad rozmaitych wariantów postępowania na każdym etapie testu.
