Abstract

Abstract: During recent years detection of allergen-induced basophil activation by flow cytometry has been shown to be reliable tool for in vitro diagnosis of immediate allergy. This method can provide additional information when another tests are risky or fail. The available technologies need still be optimized and standardized.
