Abstrakt

Do dziś komórki NK w większości podręczników immunologicznych opisywane są jako komórki biorące udział w inicjowaniu odpowiedzi immunologicznej. W świetle nowych badań NK mają możliwości udziału także w odporności adaptacyjnej, stanowiąc jakby pomost pomiędzy inicjacją a dostosowaniem odpowiedzi immunologicznej.
