Dear Readers,

It is my pleasure to introduce the latest issue of ?OncoReview?, a journal that continues to serve as a platform for the exchange of knowledge at the intersection of oncology and related disciplines. This issue is particularly noteworthy for its international content, reflecting the global nature of modern cancer research and clinical practice.

We begin with a comprehensive narrative review by Mateusz Mierniczek and his team delves into the crucial field of cardiotoxicity in cancer immunotherapy. This paper highlights current understanding of pathogenesis and outlines strategies for prevention, emphasizing the need for international collaboration between oncologists and cardiologists.

Next, a contribution from Poland, where Piotr Tomczak explores the use of cabozantinib in first-line renal cell carcinoma, providing a detailed discussion of patient profiles most likely to benefit from both monotherapy and combination therapy.

The issue concludes with a case report prepared by an international team of authors led by Daniel A. Encarnacion-Santos, presenting a rare and diagnostically challenging case of anaplastic ependymoma of the cerebellum and fourth ventricle with calcification and hemorrhage. The accompanying literature review further enhances its value for clinicians worldwide.

By combining targeted therapy updates, safety considerations in immuno-oncology, and unique clinical observations, this issue illustrates the diverse and global perspectives that define contemporary oncology. We hope these contributions will inspire our readers across different countries and provide meaningful support in clinical decision-making.

With best regards,
Radosław Grabysa, MD, PhD
