Dear Readers,

This year's last issue of "OncoReview" opens with a review paper on immunotherapy, which has become another "pillar" of modern anticancer treatment. A group of young scientists led by Kamil Poboży from the Medical University of Warsaw presents the place that neoantigen vaccines may have in this branch of personalized clinical oncology.

The next two articles are descriptions of clinical cases, which are always carefully read by practicing physicians. In the first one, Pażyra et al. present a rare case of small cell lung cancer metastasizing to the eyeball.

In turn, Radziszewska et al. present a description of surgical treatment of lymphedema and lymphorrhea, which are complications of thigh sarcoma excision and radiotherapy.

I wish you interesting reading,
