Inwazyjne zakażenie grzybicze u chorego na ostrą białaczkę szpikową Case report

Abstrakt
Inwazyjne zakażenie grzybicze (IZG) jest jednym z najpoważniejszych powikłań leczenia ostrej białaczki szpikowej (OBSz) stwierdzanych w okresie mielosupresji wynikającej z intensywnego leczenia chemioterapeutycznego i stanowi przyczynę zgonu 30–70% chorych. Z tego powodu w okresie mielosupresji rutynowo stosowana jest profilaktyka przeciwgrzybicza. W przypadku podejrzenia aktywnego zakażenia chorych należy szybko zdiagnozować i wdrożyć skuteczną terapię przeciwgrzybiczą. Nowoczesne modele terapii wymagają stosowania kosztownych schematów i często wiążą się z długotrwałą hospitalizacją oraz koniecznością intensywnego leczenia wspomagającego.
