Abstrakt
Rak brodawkowaty jest drugim co do częstości typem histologicznym raka nerkowokomórkowego o odrębnej cytogenetyce, histologii i odmiennym rokowaniu. Cechuje się on znacznie gorszą odpowiedzią na terapie ukierunkowane molekularnie, stanowiące o postępie w raku jasnokomórkowym. Przedstawiamy przegląd danych dotyczących prób jego leczenia oraz prezentujemy kazuistyczny przypadek kilkuletniej kontroli choroby rozsianej za pomocą pazopanibu.
