Abstrakt
Od kilku lat obserwuje się dynamiczny postęp w zakresie systemowego leczenia czerniaka skóry. Terapia celowana odznacza się wysoką aktywnością mierzoną zarówno odsetkiem odpowiedzi na leczenie, jak i uzyskiwanymi czasami wolnymi od progresji i przeżycia całkowitego. W niniejszym artykule podsumowano aktualny stan wiedzy na temat dostępnych w praktyce klinicznej inhibitorów BRAF i MEK.
