Profil toksyczności lapatynibu z kapecytabiną w zaawansowanym raku piersi na podstawie obserwacji jednoośrodkowej Original article

Abstrakt
Rak piersi jest najczęściej występującym nowotworem u kobiet na świecie i w Polsce, stanowiącym 25% wszystkich nowotworów. Lapatynib należy do odwracalnych inhibitorów kinazy tyrozynowej receptorów HER -1 i HER -2. W połączeniu z kapecytabiną jest stosowany u chorych na zaawansowanego raka piersi z nadmierną ekspresją receptora HER -2. W artykule przeanalizowaliśmy dane z dokumentacji medycznej 24 chorych na raka piersi, leczonych lapatynibem z kapecytabiną w latach 2010–2015, pod kątem toksyczności występującej podczas terapii. Głównymi działaniami niepożądanymi obserwowanymi podczas leczenia były: biegunka, nudności i wymioty, toksyczność skórna oraz wzrost aktywności transaminaz. U 3 chorych wystąpiły działania niepożądane w stopniu 3. według CTCAE. Najczęstszą przyczyną zakończenia terapii była progresja choroby. W przeprowadzonej analizie terapia lapatynibem z kapecytabiną okazała się leczeniem dobrze tolerowanym.
