Abstrakt
Zachorowalność i umieralność z powodu czerniaka skóry charakteryzuje się w Polsce stałą tendencją wzrostową. Rokowanie w przypadku choroby nieoperacyjnej/rozsianej pozostaje złe. Przez wiele lat złotym standardem leczenia systemowego była dakarbazyna. Obecnie obserwujemy duży postęp w zakresie terapii tej choroby. Wprowadzenie do praktyki klinicznej terapii celowanej oraz immunoterapii znacząco poprawiło wyniki leczenia. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie aktualnej wiedzy na temat terapii systemowej zaawansowanego czerniaka z uwzględnieniem dostępności leczenia w Polsce.
