Abstrakt

Leczenie chorych na uogólnionego raka piersi w podeszłym wieku wciąż stanowi istotny problem terapeutyczny. Zastosowanie u chorych na raka hormonozależnego, bez nadmiernej ekspresji receptora HER2, ewerolimusu w połączeniu z eksemestanem wydaje się obiecującą opcją terapeutyczną.
