Abstract
Depression and anxiety disorders affect every fifth patient. Early diagnosis, the inclusion of proper treatment and appropriate supervision of the conduct of therapy are in these cases, the key and lie within the competence of the doctor. Psychiatrist support is required in the case of deep mood disorders or the disclosure of the suicidal patient. A necessary condition for the proper diagnosis of depression and anxiety disorders is to treat them as a team. The recognition of the symptoms presented by the manifestation of another illness, or the word psychosocial difficulties, shall reject the implementation of effective therapy. In this paper, we present the basic principles of conduct, we discuss the principles and fundamentals of reimbursement of medicines.
