Aceklofenak – dlaczego warto wypróbować w chorobie zwyrodnieniowej stawów? Artykuł przeglądowy

Abstrakt
Choroba zwyrodnieniowa stawów (ChZS) jest jednym z najczęściej występujących schorzeń układu ruchu. Typowe objawy choroby zwyrodnieniowej to ból i ograniczenie ruchomości w zajętym stawie. Aceklofenak jest zaliczany do grupy selektywnych niesteroidowych leków przeciwzapalnych (NLPZ) o udowodnionej skuteczności w chorobie zwyrodnieniowej i dobrym profilu bezpieczeństwa. Dodatkowe cechy kliniczne (szybki początek działania, potencjalnie dobry wpływ na metabolizm chrząstki stawowej) czynią z aceklofenaku pożądaną opcję terapeutyczną w ChZS.
