Abstrakt
W artykule, w oparciu o obowiązujące zalecenia międzynarodowe, przedstawiono patogenezę i czynniki kliniczne prowadzące do powstania choroby zwyrodnieniowej stawów. W pracy opisano metody postępowania niefarmakologicznego oraz farmakologicznego z uwzględnieniem aspektów bezpieczeństwa.
