Abstrakt
Przed włączeniem profilaktyki przeciwzakrzepowej u chorych na nowotwory złośliwe poddawanych chemioterapii paliatywnej konieczna jest ocena ryzyka wystąpienia powikłań zakrzepowo-zatorowych przy użyciu modelu Khorany i na podstawie obecności innych czynników ryzyka wystąpienia żylnej choroby zakrzepowo-zatorowej. U chorych podwyższonego ryzyka należy rozważyć włączenie profilaktyki przeciwzakrzepowej.
