Abstrakt
Anafilaksję po raz pierwszy opisali w 1902 r. Portier i Richter. Obecnie definiujemy ją jako ciężką, zagrażającą życiu, systemową lub uogólnioną, natychmiastową reakcję nadwrażliwości. Leczenie powinno być wdrożone jak najszybciej po wystąpieniu pierwszych objawów. Obejmuje ono przede wszystkim domięśniowe podanie adrenaliny, uzyskanie dostępu dożylnego i podaż płynów, tlenoterapię oraz stałe monitorowanie stanu pacjenta.
