Preschool childhood asthma – practical clinical problems
Main Article Content
Abstract
The diagnosis of asthma in children under 5 years of age is based on clinical criteria: the presence of symptoms of bronchial obstruction, confirmation of reversibility and absence of symptoms suggestive of other clinical diagnosis. Modern treatment is based on the appropriate and patient- adapted inhalation method and systematic treatment that can be periodically adjusted to provide the best possible clinical control of a child with asthma.
