Wine intolerance

Abstract
This paper deals with wine allergy and intolerance rear manifestation of food allergy. The mechanisms of allergic and nonallergic hypersensitivity are described. Rare cases of intolerance as sulphites, additives, proteins are presented. Symptoms of wine allergy include skin rush, dyspnoe, gastrointestinal problems, and anaphylaxis. There are many problems with correct diagnosis of wine intolerance.
