Inhalation therapy is a challenge for the patient and the doctor

Abstract
Inhalation therapy is the basis for modern treatment of obstructive lung disease – asthma and COPD. The effectiveness of inhaled therapy affects both the quality and technological capabilities inhaler but is important as inhalation and attitude and practical skills using the inhaler patients. The combination of modern inhaler, motivated and educated patient guarantees therapeutic success. This success needs both patient (reduction or disappearance of dyspnea) and a doctor for the improvement of the patient is aware that probably put the accurate diagnosis.
