Abstract

This paper presents the course of mugwort pollen season in selected cites of Poland in 2012. The measurements were performed in Białystok, Bydgoszcz, Drawsko Pomorskie, Sosnowiec, Piotrków Trybunalski, Lublin, Olsztyn, Szczecin, Warszawa and Wrocław, with the use of volumetric method with Burkard and Lanzoni Spore Trap. The highest daily pollen count, that reached the level of 268 mugwort pollen grains/m3, was recorded in Lublin on the 03 of August, while the level of 173 mugwort pollen grains/m3 was recorded in Bydgoszcz on the 03 of August.
