Services with nationwide information on pollen counts in Poland in 2018

Abstract
Allergic rhinitis (AR) is the most common disease in allergy specialist’s practice and one of the most common in family doctor practice. The guidelines for allergic rhinitis management, allowing its good control, have been developed by the ARIA initiative. Nevertheless, we do not achieve satisfactory results in some patients. The effectiveness of AR treatment can be improved by using the application that allows to follow the symptoms of AR and informing about the expected pollen counts of sensitizing plants. The authors reviewed a list of nationwide websites and applications informing about the forecasted pollen counts in 2018.
