Abstract
The paper presents the basic principles of coordinated care provided in primary care in the area of pulmonology and allergology. The current principles of diagnosing allergic rhinitis and asthma available to primary care physicians were discussed. The basic principles of allergic rhinitis therapy were recalled. Recommended basic therapeutic regiment for asthma are also show based on the GINA 2024 document. Attention is paid to the most import ant groups of drugs used in the treatment of allergic rhinitis (intranasal corticosteroids, anti-histamines) and asthma (inhaled corticosteroids, long-acting β2-agonist, short-acting β2-agonists).
