Abstract

In the paper fundamental requirements and rules for pollen grains recognition are presented that are realized by automatic system for recognition and counting of pollens for monitoring purposes. Functionality of the made computerized system are described for analysis and classification of pollens based on defined feature parameters and rules of recognition and identification of objects in human visual system. The system enables web-based data exchange of classification parameters as well as intensity distribution of pollen grains for the species.
