Abstract

In occurrence of allergic disorders in Poland due to the changing climatic and environmental factors considering that, rhinosinusitis must be considered not only a medical problem but also a national socioeconomic issue. Diagnostic and therapeutic guidelines, based on evidence established by centers with years of experience in the subject, should therefore be made well known to the professionals and GPs.
