Abstract
In the close neighborhood of the sphenoid sinus many import ant structures are located, which may cause difficulties during PESS (Paediatric Endoscopic Sinus Surgery). Precise computer tomography diagnostic is needed before operation. The authors analyzed 29 CT images of children, on whom PESS was performed. Diversity of anatomy of sphenoid sinus was found.
